Perched on the banks of the mighty Zambezi, Toka Leya Camp is an ideal place to sit back, relax and enjoy all that Livingstone and the surrounds has to offer. With views over the fast rushing waters, its location 12 km upstream from the Victoria Falls allows visitors to experience the variety of wildlife that relies on the River as their daily water source. Rooms offer a comfortable and luxurious stay with views out onto the Zambezi from a private deck from which roaming wildlife and a multitude of birdlife is easily observed. Enjoy wildlife viewing from the river or land on daily game activities and visit the local villages and sights. A visit to the Victoria Falls allows the visitor to see the grandeur of this World Heritage Site. Unwind as the camp staff take care of your holiday wishes and African milieu takes care of the rest.

With tents on raised platforms and raised wooden walkways, one really treads lightly in the National Park and gets the feel that the wildlife and conservation were a great consideration when designing the accommodation. The small private ‘beach’ area is a perfect vantage point to enjoy the passing birdlife and sunbathe while relaxing.

12 Spacious Safari Tents each with a large deck and views over the Zambezi River. Air conditioned open plan lounge area and bedroom luxuriously furnished with four poster beds, crisp white linnen, down duvets and mosquito nets.

Toka Leya's family tents are exactly the same as the twin/double tents, but they have an extra bedroom at the back of the tent. The second bedroom is also air-conditioned, and has twin four-poster beds with mosquito nets. Children over the age of 6 are welcome.
