South Luangwa, Kafue and Falls
South Luangwa National Park - Kafue National Park - Livingstone & The Victoria Falls
Overview
Encompassing two of Zambia’s best safari areas, alongside the iconic Victoria Falls, this itinerary gives travellers a fantastic snapshot of what Zambia has to offer.
Starting in the South Luangwa, made famous for it’s walking safaris, guests will be able to enjoy one of the best areas to see Lion and Leopard in Southern Africa. Birding is excellent here as well so the diversity makes it a very popular park. From there guests travel down to Kafue, where Lion are again abundant. One of the main draws of Kafue is the chance to see the elusive Cheetah and Wild Dog, rarely seen in much of Africa.
Finishing up at Livingstone gives guest some time to relax and enjoy the iconic Victoria Falls. There are many activities on offer here, including canoeing, river boat cruises, fishing trips, walking tours and flights over the top of the Falls by helicopter or microlight.
